Gong xi fa cai – Happy Chinese New Year! Chinese tradition says that the first words heard on the first day of the year can affect your fortunes for the entire year.

Now, we’re not superstitious (honest!) but we’re very into anything that will spread happiness. That’s why we’re running a Million Minute Giveaway for the duration of the Chinese New Year Festivities.

On 7 February 2008, we’re going to give away 1,000,000 minutes. These minutes can be used for calls from any Rebtel Country to China, and for calls from Shanghai to the USA and China. Rebtel customers can make up to five hours of free calls each, and the Giveaway runs until February 21 (or until the million minutes are used up - whichever comes first.)
