This is a very sincere apology from us at Rebtel to all of you who experienced calling issues this past weekend. We continually strive to have the best calling quality in the world. In doing so we have to update and improve our systems regularly. Sounds like a contradiction but we are now even better than before the problems we experienced.We would like to take this opportunity to apologize and thank all of you that contacted us with useful information that helped us with identifying the problem.
