Hi,

I have been using Rebtel and calling from US to India. However I have mostly called during free hours or within the free minutes provided under my US T-Mobile plan. Will I be charged for local minutes by T-Mobile? If yes, why, since I haev been calling practically to a US no. My plan is $39.99 permonth with 600 minutes free.

Hey Divayjyoti,

Thanks for reading our blog!

I'm going to try to answer your question even though I don't work at T-Mobile :)

If you have inclusive minutes to local numbers in your monthly plan, you will be using those when calling internationally with Rebtel.
If those minutes only are valid between certain hours of the day or if you use them all, I will have to assume you will be charged for the call.

Best,
Alex from Rebtel
